(1) Store's Liabilities & Responsibilities In case of any fortuitous events that may lead to the shop's failure to provide the pre-ordered goods to its customers, the owners of Kdramerch PH will be responsible in compensating or refunding the full amount paid by the customers within a span of 3 business days. Exception to this rule: flawed items due to manufacturer, courier or buyer's fault (see Returns & Refund for full details). (2) Pre-Order Order (an item of merchandise) before it is available, with the understanding that it will be shipped in later date or release date. (3) Deadline Of Order or DOO Cut-off date for gathering orders on a certain date. (4) Deadline Of Payment or DOP Payment due date for all pre-orders and orders made. Orders not yet paid after DOP will be automatically cancelled (5) Batch / Box Items are shipped from Korea by batch, which is based by the release date. (6) Release Date Specific date when an item or merch will be published. Usually this is the date when the companies start to ship the merchandise. (7) Normal Estimated Arrivail or Normal ETA Arrival or delivery of boxes to our PH Address usually takes 3-5 weeks after port-loading in Korea. It does not take into account exceptions such as slow customs examination or congested ports. (8) International Shipping Fee or ISF (a) For Normal ETA, International Shipping Fee (Korea to Philippines) is already included on the prices posted. (9) Local Shipping Fee or LSF Local Shipping Fee will be shouldered by the buyer which is reflected upon checkout in fixed rate, unless items are very bulky. (10) Order Confirmation An order confirmation and link to our masterlist will be sent to you via email within 24 hours. (11) Masterlist A spreadsheet  that acts as a tracking tool to monitor our customer's order status, order details, batch codes, payment deadlines and other relevant information related to pre-orders. (12) Modes Of Payment or MOP MOP will be posted on the master list & will be sent via order confirmation e-mail. We accept deposits through Gcash, Paymaya, BPI and Paypal (via friends or family only). (13) Return & Refund Due to high demand, stocks may already ran out even after you've submitted your pre-order form. We will issue refund in case this happens. We will NOT allow returns or issue refunds for any damages and flaws caused by manufacturer's error, courier's mishandling and buyer's negligence. (14) Forfeiture of Orders (a) Orders will be automatically cancelled if orders are not paid after DOP (15) Secured Orders (a) For returning buyers, orders are secured once they are placed. (b) For new buyers, or returning buyers with a history of cancellations, payment is required before the order will be secured. (16) Shipping & Courier We ship our items through J&T. Combined shipping is allowed. Please send your request to our e-mail. Shopee Checkout is not applicable for Pre-Ordered items. Only on-hand items that can be bought through our Shopee store are available for Shopee Checkout. (17) Bulk Discount We offer Bulk Discount with MOQ per item. Message us for more details.
